The site has been moved to a new server with the same company. My suspicion is that the slow perfromance before was due to sharing servers with someone elses site that had some very resource intensive processes going on which affected the performance here. Hopefully things should be much improved on the new server. Please let me know if you notice any slowdowns again.
Five and twenty to one ( in the PM ) UK time. All still ok. Had to change the batteries in my keyboard but I suspect that this is unrelated to the server problems we have been experiencing and shall not be logging it as a problem. As all now seem's to be ok there shall be no further updates unless I sufer a catastrophic failure of service from myself today. I thank you. Ian :lol: :lol:
For some reason I wasn't able to post a reply in the thread about Fletch's injury. I tried to click on the reply button about 6 times and it kept sending me directly to the main forum index page. Then I figured that I'd try to click on the quote button and try to post something that way....same thing happened. Dunno why it didn't happen in this thread tho... weird I tell ya! Michelle
