I've been thinking about this for a while, and decided to implement it tonight. We have almost half a million posts and nearly 8,000 members. For a forum as large as this it's time to try and divide the vast information we have here into more subcategories which each individual user is seeking. We have such diverse groups including locals, general Cancun vacationers, bbg'ers and breakers that I feel that by introducing more targetted forums then each user regardless of their purpose of visiting here will be able to find the information they are seeking more readily. The changes are not cast in stone, and to the regulars it may seem a little awkward to start with. However, we'll trial it for a while and it's always easy to change back if it looks like it's not working. The new forums will be locked until such time as I've set up all the relevant permissions, and allocated the Mods. Please feel free to let me know what you think about the changes.
