My wife and I are considering an adults only trip, but she has a few food allergy issues and Desire is the only resort that has not responded to my several attempts to contact them in reference to her allergies. She is extremely allergic to Gluten (Celiac) even cross contamination is an issue. She is also allergic to Cotton Seed Oil, Spinach, and Avocado. Temptations and Hedonism II responded quickly and Hedonism II was very responsive with the Executive Chef contacting me and telling me that it is hard to get gluten free flour in Jamaica, but if we brought our own they would make sure that she was taken care of. Everything that I have read is leading us to believe that Desire is where we want to go for our first adult/clothing optional vacation, but if she can't eat while we are there it is an issue.

Does anyone know the contact info for Temptations for this issue as well? This will be our 3rd year and I've always attempted to simply inform, avoid, control but my shellfish anaphylaxis is extreme enough last year we simply brought my own food for dinner and had to only eat outdoors- which is isolating from the rest of the fun.
The language issue can be a serious problem and having some kind of true heads up could be incredibly beneficial.
