Here it is, FINALLY, Fletch has seen the blockbuster movie of the summer.... I wont give a rundown of what Transformers is, because if you dont know, you've obviously been living under a rock lol AFter seeing this movie, lets just say I think I have an all time favorite movie on my hands. Now, I may just be a complete mark for Transformers from back in the day, but this movie had EVERYTHING. There was never a dull moment, the action was always intense, the graphics were on another level, and I'm sorry but when you can give a 22 year old man chills upon seeing Optimus Prime, his childhood hero, you've got something special. Everything was done so perfectly, to fit to the storyline of the original show, the Autobots were amazing, the Decepticons were outstanding also, and hell, even the kid from Even Stevens was great in the movie. It also didnt hurt that two of the main female characters were gorgeous :wink: Anyway, if you have NO plans for this evening, seriously, go out and see this movie, its just too amazing to miss.....not sure how full the effect you will get if you wait til it comes out on dvd, the theater def. adds to the excitement Fletch's Movie Rating: Easily, 10 out of 10
All time favorite? Wow............... no offense, but I thought it was the worst movie I have saw in awhile! Other than the hot girl in the movie and a few cool cars............... sub par at best, but I guess thats why we are individuals, everyone likes different stuff! Good report though!
really?!? wow thats the only time ive ever heard anyone say they didnt like it....i mean maybe its just because it was my life back in the day that i liked it so much lol anyone else seen it?
maybe I will tomorrow. Going to have the afternoon off with my bro in Austin...so it will be a chance to see a "guy" movie like this one. Any other films out currently for guys to salivate over?
I heard Live Free or Die Hard was a pretty good dude flick, havent gotten around to seeing it yet though
i want to see both transformers and live free or die hard.. i love shia hahah not to mention i would also like to see... harry potter, captivity..and so many more
and theres a hot damn gorgerous criminal girl in the movie, priceless... i saw transformer, and hm, can i put it this way, better than harry potter order of phoenix.. one of the best movie i have watched this year.. love it...
I can't wait to see this movie...but I'm like Fletch...when you were in it when you were a kid...might make more of an impression. I recall home videos where me and my cousin (who is a boy) would set my uncle's video camera up and create 'movies' with my barbies and his transformers. haha, priceless home video for sure. We had tied thread to make them like puppets so you couldn't see our hands...we would set up entire backdrop scenes, etc. lol yeah we were bored.
you have to see transformers in the movie theater, the feeling is just different, it's huge and big impact, and for the whole time, i think i stopped breathing while watching this movie.. just really really amazing..
