Well if its Halloween, it must be SAW (as the commercial states).

Well here we are again, the 5th installment of this excellent series, and Jigsaw is up to his old tricks again (sort of).

Much like Saw 4, this one had ALOT going on at once. Multiple plots, a bunch of twists and those "rehabilitation" traps we've all come to know and love. Also, as with Saw 4, this movie left me a little disappointed. A few questions were left unanswered, including a HUGE piece that I think will play a role in Saw 6, but it also could have been answered by just paying attention. You will surely see what I mean.

The traps in this one were quite interesting, but I kind of feel like the scenario was too similar to Saw 2 where it involved a group of people put into certain situations. You certainly get your fix of blood and gore, so have no fear people, these creative geniuses are always coming up with some new way to torture their victims, and gross out the audience

One of the tag lines from the promo posters was "You wont believe how it ends." I thought that of Saw 2, but this ending was certainly up there as well. Quite the huge twist thrown in there, so make sure you're paying attention as always.

The trailers were pretty good too, the Friday the 13th remake looks to be a good one, and the new Punisher movie looks sick as well.

Well thats all, go see the movie and let me know what you think

Fletch's Movie Rating:        :? 7.5 out of 10
