We will be there August 1-5..... need to start thinking about plans for that week .... room crawls .... AIWC ..... etc

Great ... all the times we have been there we have never participated in a room crawl! Are there any veteran room crawlers that will be there the first week of August to coordinate one?

Ok we land at 9am on the 8/1 .... we always have a hard time recognizing people from their avatar pictures on this site .... we should all meet at the quiet pool at some point on 8/1 .... still need a ring leader for the room crawl!
We are part of the group Boilercpl is referring too. We did a room crawl last year and it was a blast, it was a lot of work. I'll see if we can get a room crawl going.
WORK!!!! Well who wants to do that ... one of the main purposes of this trip is to get away from work? Is there anyway to reduce the work but still have fun?
