First Trip – Will My Girlfriend Feel Out Of Place At Night?

Hi everyone! My girlfriend and I are heading to Temptation Cancun for the first time and we’re super excited. She had a quick question—will she feel out of place in the evenings if she sticks with more typical resort wear instead of dressing in sexy outfits or lingerie for the theme nights? She’s not sure yet if she wants to go all in on the themes, so just wondering what the vibe is like and how mixed the crowd tends to be. Thanks in advance!

 

Nobody feels out of place at Temptation, ever. Just do you and wear whatever, nobody's ever going to judge.

 

She won't feel out of place, but as fellow STL CITY SC fans (SS season tickets) we will be very disappointed. Have some fun damn it.

 

It's usually like 50/50 for theme nights. Tell her to pick a few themes she likes and bring some outfits just incase. I can assure you that the people who dress up and participate have way more fun than those that don't!

 

“All in” for theme nights means a lot of different things. Nobody should feel out of place anywhere at TTR unless they bring that “feeling” with them and have it anyway. The mix of themed or not varies by night and week (or if there are large groups) and some of the themes are just hard to get into sometimes. Best advice, pack a few things you would not where anywhere else in public (themed or not) and see what happens. It is way better than deciding at the last minute and overpaying in the gift shop!

 

Participating in themes is super fun, but is by no means mandatory. We've seen plenty of guests in "regular" clothes. T-shirts and jeans, tank top and skirt, summer dress, etc. I've even seen people wearing long cardigans and hoodies. You guys should dress how you feel comfortable, but maybe pack some more "fun" clothing just in case.

Keep in mind that everyone is in the same boat. Many guests would not act or dress in a sexy manner at home. But Temptation is a great place to let loose and feel free with zero judgment.
