rdubnpk Thanks. Now all I have to do is pick out which picture. There's the one of PK taken at our friend's pool two summer ago. She is laying on her back on a foam float with her feet toward the camera one leg hanging over the side, wearing just a hint of a smile and nothing else............whoops. Can't use that one!!!!
Hey guys..Just a quick question..We will be @ TTR for the first time in Apr and I have been reading reviews that say the resort often over books and sends people off to stay at different resorts< does anyone know how often this happends. We are really looking forward to this trip and will be so bummed if we get sent some place else..
Not sure, but I've read that you're more likely to get bumped (usually to Blue Bay Club a few miles away) if you arrive on a weekend; maybe a lot of people arriving Saturday and the bulk of the weeklong guests leaving Sunday. If you could arrive during the week, maybe less chance of being bumped. Obviously, during the slower seasons you'd be unlikely to find TTR overbooked. Last October, we had a choice of rooms! From what I've read, even if you get bumped a night, that's usually the end of it; next day you're at TTR and I hear they offer some sort of compensation. Still, you're booking TTR cause that's where you want to be. Good luck, you'll enjoy the place!
