No, definitely not anything goes. Usually it's a lot of people crammed in tightly, flirting, topless, some wandering hands under the water, shots off of boobs, making out with others, that kind of stuff. But there is usually an employee of Temptation standing outside of the hot tub, monitoring things to ensure there is no public sex of any kind. it is a really fun time but certainly not "anything goes" like Desire apparently is.
