First timers from NC

Hey Ya'll! Were looking at booking our first trip to Temptation in Jan-Feb 2015. Were not usually into the All inclusive trip scene but are looking at getting out of the comfort zone, so to speak, this year! Love vacations where we can cut loose and she can wear her tiny little bikinis... the ones she doesn't wear around family! Were 28 years old and arn't used to partying with other people on vacation, usually more secluded beach types, so were just wondering what some good tips are for making friends! Also any other general tips or ideas would be great! thanks Ya'll!

 

Spend time on this site and you'll learn plenty as well as make friends before you go.

 

Another NC newbie here from Concord in the same age range and pretty much the same vacation history. We leave in less than 2 weeks so I'm sure I'll have plenty of advice when I get back. But yea just spend time on the forum get to know people and read threads you will learn so much.

Two key pieces of advice; 1) pick your dates and then get on the roll call for your month and find out who else is going to be there at the same times and make as many friends as you can and 2) Book a Boobs Cruise, or two. It is the #1 most fun part of the Temptation experience. Steve opens the cruises for deposit 30 days prior to sailing and they can fill up in as little 28 minutes so be aware of your dates. Other than that, leave your inhibitions at home and remember the resort motto, "no one knows you and nobody gives a shit"!

On your first day there just find somebody in the pool with an orange bracelet on and introduce yourself as a newbie. It completely amazed me how friendly everyone was when we arrived!

It really does help if you are active on these boards though, that way you already have friends when you show up
