Hi everyone! First timer Canadian Maritimers heading your way Jan 12-19th 2013! We have never been and looking very forward to it. However , even after going through and reading tons of posts and many forums , we are still left wondering....What do we pack? Sunscreen, bikini for her, and lots of $1 for tipping Got it....but what else? Any help would be so appreciated. And cant wait to hopefully some awesome new people :mnm:
Lots of sexy clothes...check out the theme nights for January on the forum...it is always lots of fun to participate Don't forget to pack your carefree attitudes as well...you will have a blast and won't want to visit any other adult only resort...cheers;-)
Yay more islanders! I'm from PEI too but live in Calgary now. Just got back from my first trip to TTR and had a blast. You're right with the swimsuits/ sunscreen and $1s. Try and bring something for both of you at the very least for the hotel theme nights (lingerie, white night) and shoes for each of those outfits (I forgot extra shoes so I was regretting that). I also didn't think I would be brave enough to wear anything for fetish night so I didn't bring anything but ended up borrowing something as once I got there I needed to participate. If there is anyone organizing Cancuncare themes while you're there, bring stuff for that too. Bring nice clothes in case you make some reservations for the asian/italian restaurants for supper as they require everyone to get dressed up. I brought my own towel so that I could sit out early in the morning instead of waiting for the towel hut to open at 7. As with any caribbean resort - bring some immodium/advil etc. I did get an upset stomach for a couple of days and had to get some from someone else as I didn't bring anything but some pepto bismol tablets. Also, bring an insulated cup of some sort. I got a Bubba Mug at Canadian Tire but you can also just get a plain insulated cup with the straws almost anywhere (Wal-mart or even Shoppers). The cups they use at the resort are small and it's nice to be able to skip a few trips to the bar. Have a good time. Wish I could go back. Are you flying direct or do you have to fly through Toronto?
