We are heading to cancan for the first time this July for our 20th anniversary. We are flying in on a Sat for 5 nights stay at TTR then we are moving hotels to Excellence Playa Mujeres for 5 nights. Is there anyone that has been able to book round trip transfers from different resorts? Should I just taxi between the 2 resorts?

Wow! You're going to have culture shock between TTR and EPM!

Stacia & I have been to both, and enjoyed both, for VERY different reasons. At EPM, make sure you pay for the Club upgrade, it's very worth it in quality of service, food, booze, etc.

The trip from TTR to EPM is an easy cab ride, I'd expect it to be in the range of $15 or so, $20 upper range.

    Thanks for the quick reply.
Yeah the resorts look to be a bit difference, but we figured after partying hard for 5 days we will be looking for more relaxation at a more 5* resort. A sort of vacation from our vacation. Really like the look of the swim up rooms at EPM. Who knows maybe we will end up sitting at EPM and missing All the fun at TTR. But we figured that for our 20y anniversary we couldn't go wrong having the best of both worlds party and luxury.

Do you think we would be better served staying 6 nights at TTR and 4 nights EPM? It would save us a few bucks and allow us to stay on Thursday night checking out on Friday.

We have never been to EPM, but I can assure you, you want to spend Thursday night at Temptation. :cool014:
