Hello All!!! We are getting ready to book for January 23-29 (pending my vacation being approved). This will be our first time to Temptation, but not Cancun. First time it was like a retirement home and second was like a daycare. So...we are ready for a party!! Any advice on the typical dress for dinner/lounging/theme nights? Also, what do men usually wear for the theme nights? I am more outgoing/creative on my attire than my husband and he is just a little lost on what to wear. Any tips to be sure we have an amazing time? All suggestions would be appreciated! Can't wait to see who we meet and to have a great time!!
If you're ready to party then this is the right resort for you! For theme nights you usually have a lot of room to play around. Be as daring as you want to...chances are there will be someone else there just as shocking :blueshock: Some guys get really into it while others keep it pretty conservative. The important thing to remember is that no matter what you choose to do, no one will judge you or pressure you to go further than you're comfortable with. For White Night, most guys will wear a white shirt and/or pants; lingerie night guys can wear briefs or pyjama pants with a robe. Juts remember that if you want to participate in the casino night at Nice Shoes you must be dressed in lingerie, they will not let you in fully dressed. When I was there 2 weeks ago we had a uniform/fetish theme which really allowed the imagination to run wild. We had plenty of schoolgirls (I was a schoolboy), but we also had nurses, naughty vice cops and plenty of fetish gear. Without knowing too much about what CCC theme nights are being held while your're there I can't give much more advice other than to reiterate that you can participate as much or as little as you like...although needless to say it makes it a lot more fun when people take part!
Just read the rest of your post; if you are eating at either of the a la carte restaurants (the italian or the asian) then they ask that men wear collared shirts (button shirt or polo shirt) and close-toed shoes. They are little bit more lenient with the ladies as long as you aren't topless. Many women dress for dinner, then go back and change for theme nights and clubbing. The other restaurants are quite relaxed, pretty much just no topless and no wet swimwear. On non theme evenings people tend to dress either for comfort or clubwear to impress

Are guys also not allowed in the casino unless they have on pj bottoms or something? I believe there will be a white/glow night, bead night, leather/lace/sheer, and the school girl/kilt but unfortunately that is the night we leave. Thanks for the advice! We are very excited. My husband actually ask why we haven't gone here before.
Yep, guys too. When we were there, some guys tried to go in with t shirts etc and they made them strip down to boxers or at least pj bottoms. Guess they don't want people to feel uncomfortable. However later on in Paty'O there is no dress code, so expect there to be a mix of people in lingerie and people in regular clothes.
What to hear what he says after he gets back.... Hint: Don't let him put the house on the market and quit his job... If you are there 365 days a year the fun begins to wear off a bit! Jamie
When we were there last my wife wore lingerie and I wore boxers and a tie for casino night, After the casino night we went out to PatyO's to continue the party. There was a mix of people there both in lingerie and plain clothes but as the night wore on more people were in lingerie. All the people dressed in plain clothes either retired for the night or went back to their rooms and changed.
Plan to go forward with your own participation in the themes, even if no one else "seems" to be doing them, is my best advice. People are basically afraid to show their ass, not literally, at TTR. They don't want to "look stupid," but that's what TTR is all about, being stupid, acting stupid and foolish, and having a fantastic damn time doing it. You cut loose, get it all sexified, and your man and you will have a wonderful trip. Betcha $20.
