Thought it would be good to update the thread that 4biddenpleasures found from 07...what is your favorite club or night spot outside of the Resort
Damn it I put Coco Bongos then noticed the last option was to stay at the resort... Its funny because my husband and I agreed on the last trip that the next time we come we are going to stay at the resort and maybe hit one club!! The stories we heard the next morning after we went to club made us so JEALOUS!! Good call the poll Backs13
Thanks, I figured the one from 2007 was a great idea Ian, So I just wanted to refresh it and get an up to date number from the past and present people, ive noticed a lot more people wanting to stay at the resort, especially from our april group, very few people left at night...
Really!!! we have so much fun at the resort, though we've only been to Coco bongo's the once and that was enough we found it to be sooo crowded, but each to their own I guess. We are more of the laid back kinda people and there is always somthing going on at the resort to amuse us. artyhorn: :cheerleaders:
My second choice would be basic. I would expect that the majority of repeaters have been there done that and tend to stick on the resort. I bet if you did this in the spring break forum you'd get a lot more club responses.
We like to split it up, go out to the bars or clubs every other night..we go w/ a fun group and I'm sure we can entertain ourselves staying in, but theres just something exciting about getting out at night even if its just a few hours...we pace ourselves w drinking during the day, so we will still have lots of energy to go out all night too..This trip is only 4 nights, so planning on going out at least 2 nights, one to CocoBongo and one just bar hopping at the smaller bars like Slices and Corona.
I agree with ya buddy, been there done that approach for me, though Ill go to slices and hang out to see the city or Dos XX next door, just to get out of the resort, Ive also found that PattyO's can be a lot of fun if there is a large group staying behind, The theme parties at nights that each months groups have been putting together have seemed to be real successful, So I think now that that is catching on, more people will start to stay behind which will kill 2 birds with one stone, by making temptations night life more fun and keeping the groups together...
