I personally consider a fanny pack a very convienient and practical method of carrying personal items, especially when traveling. However, I also recognize that some people consider them either a fashion taboo, a groteque nerd flag, and/or a sure sign of an out-of-place tourist. Just curious what y'all think....
I'm the person he is referring to when he says "...some people consider them either a fashion taboo, a grotesque nerd flag, and/or a sure sign of an out-of-place tourist..." Chuck Norris is not who I would go to for fashion advice, just sayin...
Sam: it's a real delima. They are the handiest thing ever to carry condoms in, but if you do, you'll never need them!
We just think the term "fanny pack" is hilarious as the word "fanny" means something completely different in England....:flaguk: :daisy:
I'd like to also point out that fanny packs are great for concealing unplanned erections. This is definitely handy for any male planning to spend time around the sexy pool at TTR! http://media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com/736x/23/99/51/23995186e06c29d65094cc8bf62edaea.jpg
I wish they were cool, cause I hate having my pockets loaded, but they aren't. So sadly it isn't something you could pull off without getting made fun of. At TTR I wouldn't need one, I carry nothing with me all week except a room key and cash. And half of the time I dont even have those things because I tipped all the cash away, and lost my key.
