Why are prices so much more than last year. The prices for us are about 800-1000 more for the same trip. :sauer005:
I'm finding the pricing keeps going up every year. I try to look at different times of the year to see which has a better price. But in reality....I don't think it makes too much of a difference cause it seems it goes up every year. lol
try different date combinations if you are flexible with the dates...arriving and departure both, try different cities...worked for us, we paid just about the same as last year...
with the drop in oil I can only see the cost going up ..I love the way the way they take us over the coals with tax's.. :icon_cry:
This is our second cheapest trip yet. Shop, shop shop that is what it takes. Actually finally settled with an Expedia trip this year. They actually emailed us the discounted offer.
don't book packages , do it yourself , find your own flights and fly out on a Tuesday , cheapest day of the week to fly every time .
That works also for some but not all. We only have direct flights once a week from here I'm not gonna waste a day of party time taking connecting flights. Kinda defeats any savings that way too us anyways. But we do always look at them as an option though.
