I am having issues with the express check-in on the site. When I click the drop-down for check-in date and check-out they come blank and won't let me proceed. Is anyone else having this issue or is it just me?
Yup! I am one week out from my trip which is why I was trying to do it. I just can't get any dates at all to populate in that field. I'm thinking its an issue with the site and I'll have to reach out to them.
Just tried this morning and having the same issue. Going to try on a computer instead of my phone and see if that makes a difference.
Same issue here. From what I’ve read though the express check in doesn’t make anything quicker so I’m just going to not worry about it.
We have always used express check in and have gotten the room we wanted. Also, since they have our information already, I think it has been faster.
I figure if its an option, I might as well utilize it. There is probably no harm in doing it as I'm already trying to find ways to get into the hot tub as soon as we get tot he resort.
