Was just looking at the resort website and saw an express check in option that they recommend. Is this something that everyone does? Recommended?

Yes, It has worked great everytime I have been there. However, they only allow it 15 days prior to your arrival.
meant nothing to us.... did it 3 days before, and asked for a king sized quiet room.... got placed beside patyo..... didnt even put our luggage in, told them no, got switched to 2 dbls other end of the resort... but, in the end, u only shower and pass out there...
That would be awesome. I just express checked in for the 14th so keeping my fingers crossed. Even with express check in are there any other recommendations to make sure you get what you want?
Ummm, I've got nothing else really we were not fussy about location as it was our first trip and really we got all of our requests with out have to ask. Sorry.
We did the express check in, had a confirmation number and they had lost it, so it didn't help at all.
We just returned and it meant nothing! Having been to the resort a number of times in the past, we still had to complete all of the same information (address, contact info, etc). When we handed her the confirmation number she just smiled and said please complete the form. It seems like it is just a reason to gather peoples information.
We did the express check in for our trip in December. While it was good in that check in was super fast, we got exactly the opposite room of what we had requested.... Hit or miss I'd say.
