Express check in doesn't work

So talk to Daniela at Temptation today, as we arrive tomorrow around 2pm, and they have no record of our reservation????? Now we booked through Orbitz n we checked n our flights are booked w our names so no problem there. She said they'd fix it tomorrow. But i did the express check in? If they had no records of our reservation they should of emailed me to tell me this!! I have a feeling this express check is all BULL!! I'm not worried,i have my voucher n everything from Orbitz so we'll be good when we get there. Cheers

 

Although everything will probably be OK.. does sort of crank up the pucker factor huh?

Yes i did. I read in another trip report on here that the express check hadn't work for them. We'll resolve it tomorrow, no worries

Yes i was express check in #922. I actually just forwarded the confirmation email to Daniela(management)

 

let us know what the hel* is going on so we can avoid it in the future. have fun.
