Just wanted to pass along the great customer service we received today from TTR. We land at TTR in 3 weeks and my partner has a bad knee and cant do stairs too well. On a chance we emailed Mario and he responded right away. He sent our email with our concerns over to Guillermo the rooms division manager. He promptly got back to us and assigned us in the same room on the quiet side as our last visit with no issues at all. This is an upgrade as well as we only paid for a ocean view. The room has no stairs going to and from the sexy pool which is great for her to navigate. Well done TTR, thank you for taking our requests and the great customer service.
TTR is really, really good about that sort of thing. Since I don't see well, they go out of their way to make sure there is/are a minimum of stairs for me to navigate to get to our room. We don't even have to ask, it's in our "file," so to speak.
