If you are leaving kids with someone, what numbers are you giving them? I don't want to worry about checking my phone too often, but I also want to be sure that if something awful were to happen that they have something other than a cell phone to call. What are you doing?
Hotel number 011 52 (998) 848-7900 We just leave the kids the hotel number. If you don't want them to know you are staying there then the cell phone is the best options. My thoughts are that if there is a emergency that requires them to call you then they will probably not even hear the resort name when calling. They will be too focus on finding you. If calling your cell phone they must use 011 52 1 (998) 848-7900
If they call the hotel chances are u will never receive a call or a message. We've known people who have had family try to contact them and were told they were not guests at the resort. And if they do get thru to your room, u probably won't be able to retrieve the message. Ur best bet really is to check ur cell phone a couple times a day. I keep mine with me most of the time just to have the clock handy.
I agree completely and would have zero confidence that the hotel would ever get a message to you. Damian or Norma at the Premier check-in area would do a great job hunting down a Premier member, but the front desk would never get a messate. Stay with the cell phone option.
