Trying to talk my wife into trip #8 after bad trip #7. Last year early January entertainment crew was new and had no idea what they were doing. Have things improved did they bring back anyone ?

Was it really that bad? We went this past June: JJ, Sara 69 and 2 other girls (blondes, I never got their names) were doing the entertainment. Everything seemed OK and all the guests were having a blast.
If your determination of a good or bad trip is based on the entertainment crew, you must be doing something wrong. That would be comparable to saying "The sex was really bad because of the background music that was playing."
No really they were bad, two young girls from BC new and no support they were real nervous got hired while we were there watched it happen while dining at the Asian restaurant. Sara 69 get's it is she back ? We have fun regardless but no air conditioning issues with transport van etc made for a not so fun trip. Changed our March trip to Tulum way more $ nice but not the same. Never had bad time at Los Cabos or here before. Trying to change up a few things to make it better anyone know who else is there ?
Sara69 is back.........staff did an excellent job last week! They work their asses off every single day. As as side note, the evening entertainment that the resort brought in was also exceptional. The very best we have ever experienced there!
Oh yes, the evening entertainment was excellent. I loved the Burlesque show! And Brazilian night is always a highlight of my trip. Those dancers are amazing as are the drummers. I have seen a live band that was not that entertaining but no big deal, it was just background music.
And the violin playing guest do chick..........and then the guy on the violin playing along with the dancers.........they were freaking amazing!
