English-speaking internist in Cancun?

I live on Isla Mujeres 7 months of the year, in NYC the other 5 months. Had some serious health issues in Late Septmeber through October and am wanting to find an excellent internist who speaks English in Cancun...to develop a relationship before any future difficulties come up. Arrived back on Isla on November 1 and have asked a number of people here for recommendations but no one seems to have any suggestions. Hoping some kind soul can help me out here. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
