Steve Yesterday, realized that I am not getting emails when someone responds to a conversation I start. It dawned on me that perhaps this setting wasn't being recognized because I had set it before the upgrade to the new software. So, I went to setting, unchecked the box, saved, re-checked the box and saved again. I got a response to a conversation this morning and still didn't get an email. I know I used to get emails before the software switch. Any thoughts on what I need to do, or is this something you need to fix? Thanks Len
I've heard previous reports about this. I don't think there's anything I can do at this end. Some free email providers (e.g hotmail) have taken it upon themselves to block emails from even reaching your inbox, considering them spam. I think the only thing you could possibly try is a different email address.
@Steve. Is the address these come from still Steve@cancuncare.com? I am going to white list the address and see if that works. Thanks for your reply.
That's the email address I receive notifications from. Sometimes they dribble in and sometimes come in in waves. Probably my email provider.
