anyone been? Is it easy to catch a bus from TTR?
Looks like they are only about 20 mins away, so thinking a quick morning trip might satisfy my need to see some piece of Mexico beyond beach and boobies....and yet be short enough to not take away too much time from said beach and boobies.....

We have been there. Kind of deserted but it was interesting place to visit. It is loaded with lizards. If you are adventurous bring some crackers from the resort to feed them. One word of caution do not hand feed them just throw it on the ground and they will come running. They will bite your hand if you hand feed..... found that out the hard way

every trip we say "this time, we´re going to take in a bit of culture...". We are too ambitious thinking about Mayan ruins and stuff. So far, the Starbucks across the road is the nearest thing to a day trip we´ve done.
This might be good tho? Will watch out for Lizards!
