I am no Angel and today, with news of the passing of one the world's last great ultra-cool musicians, I feel like I am tied to a whipping post.
What a song writer and what a voice!
    A true musicians' musician.
Another incredible talent to add to the Great Gig in the Sky.

And a true Hellraiser at Heart.

Marilyn and I will always treasure the 6 times we seen him play live.

Totally agree he was one of the best and left all of us way too early at age 69.

Losing Chris Cornell and now Greg Allman, what a terrible week in music! Chris's voice was one of the most identifiable and haunting voices in music and Greg Allman, I don't think there are words to describe the impact on music he had. We've lost some incredible musicians lately, Prince.... David Bowie..., Sad times for music and music lovers.
