Hi guys! I was wondering if any of you know what the best E-mail address is to write to the resort a& ask them for a confirmation of my group’s reservations? We have had some scary stuff happen with our reservations through Expedia, so I want to make sure the Hotel has us in their system! Thanks guys!
Can't help with the email address but you are right to confirm directly with the resort. I just read a scary article about a .com travel site that I've used personally, that is cancelling reservations without customers knowing. It was in the St. Petersburg Times on-line today..Let us know what happens!
I've tried emailing the resort a few times via their website to make sure we could get rooms close to trevillyan (with whom we travel with) with no responses.
We booked through Expedia as well and I just called because of your post. The hotel had our reservation. Here's the toll free number: 877-485-8367. Good luck!
Thank you! I called the toll-free # and they confirmed all 6 of our rooms! Phew! I also called to confirm our Mexicana flight since they have declared bankruptcy and I wanted to make sure our flight was stil secure...and it is! We will be there in 22 days no matter what!!! :xyxthumbs:
