My friend that I am going to Cancun with is telling me that Mexico's laws allow people to posses small amounts of green or white...is this totally true or toally false...has to be one.
True, doesn't mean you won't get harassed by cops. Things are not as black and white in Mexico as you are probably used to in your country. Inappropriate top for the forum unfortunately.
