Do the police around there turn a blind eye to that or could I have been arrested for possession. Stupidest thing I ever did. Hadn't done that shit in 10 years
The cops don't go fishing for small game (the end customer) but if one happens to catch you by chance I'd be prepared for a very stiff bribe to get out of it or a Mexican jail tour that may not be much fun.

LOL, you have never been to Negril, Jamaica. LAst April, we encountered 8 drug dealers in 10 minutes on a Public Beach. And it wasn't just Ganja. You don't have to ask anybody, they ask you !!!!! One of the main reasons we are headed to Cancun
Had no trouble in November, but last January we were offered drugs all the time...on the beach, at Market 28, and the most ridiculous just walking around hotel zone a taxi slows down and offers us a ride or drugs. Annoying for me, but must be much worse for anybody with a history with this stuff.
