Is Temptation the last stop when being dropped off by your tour operator bus? We were last year and it took forever. I know you can pay extra to a transfer but just asking.
It just depends if there is anyone else on the bus that is going further on down. Use USA Transfers. It's about the same price if there are 2 of you and it's a non stop 20 minute ride.
yes, if you don't take a private shuttle, it is 1 of the last resorts on the hotel zone route. Unless it's free, it's not worth it IMHO:ernaehrung005:
last year we had usa stop and let us get drinks and shop for misc things we needed. Loved it and will do it again this year, yeah it cost a few extra dollars but the guy went in with us and knew the store and helped us find what we were looking for and carried our bag.. haha.. wanted that extra tip $$ and he got it..
I just had my return with USA today. The transfer guy set up by Sunwing was kind of pissed when I told him I already had a transfer set up. He blew by us on the highway and pulled in front of us on way back to the airport. lol It would be ok for return as you are last stop before airport.
There are two ways to Temptation from the airport, the quickest is via downtown - which means TTR is one of the first hotels once you reach the Hotel zone since you enter at the Northern end. The other is via the whole length of the hotel zone from the southern end which means TTR is one of the last stops, as you have to pass by scores of other hotels first, plus lots of traffic lights, heavier traffic and speed restrictions Shared shuttles always take the long route to TTR so you will most likely be the last to be dropped off, private transfer takes you straight there by the quickest route possible.
