I'm feeling lousy today and just had this thought: After a serious workout, I often wake up the next day feeling sore and tired and ornery. The advice I receive: Exercise more. You wouldn't get that advice that at my house. People constantly wake up, come up from the basement, say "I feel so shitty", open the fridge, grab a beer, and go sit on the deck and pull their shit together for the upcoming Saturday adventure or Sunday Funday. New friends see this odd behavior and say things like: "Did that just happen" or "Are they OK", and I have to inform them that this is what we do. If you're still downstairs in the Batcave past an acceptable morning hour, and you finally wake up still drunk/hungover, then your pretty much in for round 2.
