Heading to TTR for the first time in late February. Can any of the ladies help me out and direct me to a place where I can buy some Sexy Dresses that would be suitable for us taller women. I'm 5'9. I'm all for it being short, but everything I've found so far wouldn't even cover the cheeks and is meant for someone 5'2! Thanks!!
April is also 5'9 she gets normal itty bitty dresses and if her butt falls out shes just like "whoops!" and pulls it down til it happens again
I too have a tough time finding dresses long enough. I am 5'8" and I have a long torso. Most normal club dresses hit me way too high. It can be very frustrating sometimes. I mostly forego dresses and wear skirts or booty shorts with a hot top. When you can't find what you want get creative and improvise!
I am 5'10" with a 34DD chest and have great difficulty finding clothes. I have had luck with Guess and Arden B dresses. (Arden B just had a big sale, not sure if its still going on though) Otherwise I wear skirts with tanks
Thanks for the feedback everyone. I still have a reserved side, but perhaps I will become less inclined to care once I've been there a couple of days..ha! Arden B. had some great things for this first timer. I'll throw in a couple of "over the top" things too and they may or may not make it out of my suitcase!
Almost 5 10, not skinny but lots of muscle with big boobs. Not easy finding dresses , but I have found tube dresses that are very stretchy to work great. I am wearing one in our photo album from this past may. Fishnet stretches alot too!!
I'm 5'8, which isn't super tall, but tall enough. I find anything with a scrunchy type style or ruching is usually good, but you have to yank it down. Also blouson type styles with fitted bottoms, since I don't feel so worried about a short skirt if the dress isn't skin tight and there is some room to yank it down also. I don't have too many crazy club dresses that I have ordered online, but rather ones I have tried on. For dinners, I like dresses from BCBG or Venus. Both seem to be sexy but not overtly so. For club dresses, anything that isn't "one size" seems to be ok, and there is one local store that sometimes offers the dresses in two lengths. I just ordered a couple of "one size" dresses from Milanoo though, so we will see how they work. ModCloth doesn't have too many super Sexy Dresses, but there are a few options, and usually the customer reviews state the size of the customer (bust and height) and the size they ordered and then their comments tell you how it fit them. I find that very helpful. It is trial and error!
