Been away for a bit but after a quick search I didnt notice this brought up so I apologize if it's common knowledge now. Was just looking through the Temptation website and noticed that the dress code for all restaurant (other than She, Romanza, and Sea Flirt) now states that dress shorts are welcome.
saw that too. I'm old school and believe if the wife gets dressed up then I should wear pants at least.
We were there last week. Personally we like to get dressed up for dinner, but that's just how we like to do it. For us, that's part of the fun. If others are more comfortable in shorts, that's great. We saw lots of people in shorts and a few in shorts an T shirts at dinner. The staff didn't seem to care either way.
Personally, I prefer to dress for dinner but am delighted to hear that common sense has finally prevailed.....smart dress shorts, no more pyjama bottoms in Asian or anywhere else we hope !! Can we also get rid of ripped jeans ?????
I need to read up on the rules again, see if anything major has changed last couple of years. I agree preffering the other half to wear trousers for an hour or two at dinner. What would be good is if smart sneakers were allowed. The men's dress shoes weigh 3x as much as mine, and those shoes are literally used for dinner and that's it. I could have 3 more pairs of shoes in the luggage if we didn't need the dinner dress shoes.
