Dra Carmen Saldivar - Cardiologist

Hi everyone! I recently moved back to the USA after living in Cancun for 5 years. I am trying to locate a phone number or email (preferably) for Dr. Carmen Saldivar who use to be my cardiologist. She is the only Dr. that has been able to control my blood pressure. (She is the best!) The doctors here do not want to prescribe what she use to give me so I need to locate her to obtain a prescription for my blood pressure medicine. Anyone know her whereabouts? She use to be at Hospiten but according to their website seems like not anymore.

Nope that is very old she is at Hospiten, JC pennys has been gone for years.
