This will be our first time to Desire having spent the first 6/7 days of our trip at Temptation (third trip) but we're not too sure what to expect.

You won't need clothes at Desire except for meals.

Does anyone else agree with me that the above first two responses are in direct contradiction on the clothes issue?

    ...lol...

Having been at Desire one brief morning, no pun intended, there were people out on the beach nude sunbathing, but when walking about, they'd grab a robe/towel/sarong. Then, would doff that when they reached the next destination, except in the restaurant. But, we were only there during the day on a marketing show it to us trip that Luis took us along with him...

No, we didn't get up to the party spa hot tub where the party gets going. Had to leave to go back to TTR (Horrors! LOL!) at about 1:00 p.m.

I assume the first response was from a person who has never been there.......

Clothing is required at meals, the lobby, the nightly entertainment (disco). People there are very respectful of their nudity.

What you think you know is different from actually experiencing it

agree guys and these are very standard practices at desire

another one being long pants for men at the specialty restaurants. however on takeover weeks (like the one we just came from) they are a slight bit more flexible depending on the specific needs and wants of the group (within reason im sure)

for example - this past week was really nice to be able to have the option of wearing nice shorts to dinner instead of having to wear slacks every night (wore slacks 5 of the 6 nights) but this was something everyone knew full well prior to arriving as they kept the group informed of this change

at the disco they were a little bit more free spirited with the clothing and a number of men (not me) wore like a long dress shirt and pretty much nothing else

do not think this is allowed most times - certainly was not when we were there in December

I do realize that this was not normal but depending upon the group there on a given week they tend to allow for a little more flexibility during a takeover week

a couple of lifestyle couples tried to consummate a "barter" in the lobby and they did draw the line on this .............. lol

somebody reported in on them - and made them leave

we did not tell though as it was quite entertaining and we were curious as to what was going to happen - lmao
