Never counted them, but the second largest reef in the world lies just off our shores and thousands of tourists a year come just for that reason. I met a diver in Vietnam who was Japanese who had traveled all the way to Cancun with her husband to see it for themselves. Anyone with an interest in diving can find plenty to keep them happy, here.
