From the Desire Resort Forum regarding Tempation Cabo before Desire Week 04/30-05/09. As we wanted a longer vacation than just 5 days, we decided to try the Temptation resort for 4 days prior to Desire week. The resort is a topless adult resort that allows singles. Aside from being what seemed to be at around 30 or 40% occupancy, only a handful of the women chose to go topless, but most sported full swimwear. I would say the majority age range was 20-30 years old with the 40+ range being the obvious minority. The service was basic as was the food. The activities staff were energetic and held numerous pool and beach games, although the nature of the games was pretty tame We're really hoping this isn't the sitaution with our June trip. Maybe we should switch to Cancun. Anyone else been there recently that can confirm the above?
NV, June will be better, I am sure. The occupancy rates were low prior to the Desire takeover because they blocked out those date for couples only and they had to stay the whole 5 days....so obviously the few days prior would cause a dip in the guests. As far as age range. The trips we have been there the average age was probably in the late 30's to late 40's with fair amount of guests older and younger. I would not put all of your faith on just one report. You will have a great time...trust me. Dave
Tame is a relative term. That person sounds like they're used to something more Hedo like. Temptations is definitely a good time.
I am hoping to read a lot of trip reports from every one for Cabo, as we were thinking of doing a Cancuncare invasion of Cabo next april if we get a large enough group together, however I think a lot of people will not be willing to change from cancun if cabo is no where near as much fun, lets hope that report was like Ian said , just a random bad report as there will be a lot people anxiously reading TR's in the upcoming months.

this is true come to think of it ive read some pretty shitty reviews on TTR cancun but i did not make a decision based upon one bad review besides i know these girls well enough to know that their tops will be off when they get on the plane lol rob rob
I am thinking the same thing buddy, Im just hoping we can talk a lot of our april group into goin, as we really did have a blast with almost 60 people through out the ten days... So id hate to miss out on them again , but I want to party with some more people from the board that I havent met yet, so its a catch 22 so far... hopefully all the details will fall into place with in a few months.... Hopefully Ill get to meet you and your wife on one of the trips or the Niagara Trip.

Well I can sure say that from April 8 to April 15, it was a blast, I didn't notice low occupancy, there was lots of toplessness, and at 44 years old, I sure didn't feel in the minority. The service was excellent, the food was as good as any other all inclusive, or better, the nature of the games were similar to Cancun. I always find that everything is what you make it. You don't go to a party and sit like a bump on a log and go home and say what a boring party, you go and mingle and laugh and have a good time, visit friends old and new, kibbitz, brag, bull$hit, etc., It is what you make it.
