Looks like this should be on facebook. I have found it to be true when we go to Cancun we like to stay downtown at the Alux on Uxamal and they sure dont list that hotel. So we bite the bullet and just pay for air and contact the hotels directly.
have never heard of them but in just looking at your post steve and checking out the link, that is what customer service is about. Front page of their site, with an apology(for something that was not their fault), explanation, and then to offer a discount for any inconvenience. I would have to say that I would definitely make the stay there for even one night to see what it is like and support a business like that! Good job Luna Blue and shame on Expedia.

Expedia Like them barclay brothers owns the best hotels dont pay the british any tax the small hotel in great britain they struggle,but the barclay brothers dont pay 1 pence does expedia say anything about the barclay bros no because there big expedia are bullys and know who to pick on
We have visited the Luna Blue bar several times in Playa. And we booked our first stay at Luna Blue (3 nights) a couple of months ago DIRECTLY with Luna Blue. We're ready for our 15 night visit to Playa in March.
