Need some ideas and suggestions regarding evening attire. Is Dinner causal or dressy casual? What do the gals usually wear? What about later in the evening? Want to be prepared and in step with everyone else.
The attire is what you want to make out of it. You will see very casual to sexy. We always dress up for dinner and wear the same outfits throughout the evening events. I personally wish more people would dress up. Just remember, certain restaurants may not let you in with flip flops but the buffet is the most casual. I would guess it is around a 50-50 split of casual vs dressy/sexy.
It would be nice if more would make the effort to dress up. We certainly like to do so, but it is getting less and less common these days. For many it's a clean T-shirt and we're ready to go. :icon_rolleyes:
When the resort was Desire, sexy dress was the normal and a lot of fun. After it changed, the resort draws a different crowd, a little more casual. We still dress up as we did when we went there as Desire, just our choice to create a little more vibe between my wife and I.
We are going for our first time in June and my wife is planning to wear some sexy dresses and outfits.
We have been going since the resort was Desire, all the ladies dressed sexy & the men were well dressed, when we went in Dec for the first time as TTR, almost all the ladies dressed sexy and there hubbys were well dressed, 50% of the single guys were well dressed and the other 50% were still in beach/pool wear. Down at the Melange lounge for the entertainment everybody was dressed sexy & well dressed. P & C
My wife is bringing along some dressy sexy outfits, so she'll be prepared. I would really like to see her wear them. :icon_biggrin: As for me, my goal is always trying not to "detract" from her.
Actually you only need half of the bikini and sexy cloths for the evening. That's all my wife ever brings were back July 2nd for the 3rd time!!Have fun!!:beer4:
