We just try to co-ordinate and add to the TTR themes, sometimes adding a spin to theme or an extra little something. Makes for great photo opps. This was white night which we added glow night to it.... Partydoll does a lot of the leg work
hi guys, I am not exactly what your confused about .. on the theme night thread its pretty clear.. lol the ones being put on by ccc are the ones most people participate in.. as an example, one night the resort is doing a toga night.. and that is during the dinner at the buffet restaurant.. the staff will be dressed for it as far as I can tell and I suppose they are hoping that it carries over to Paty'o but it will be the ccc theme going on there.. so you could see some in the ccc theme or in togas.. lol if you have a specific question on a certain night .. can you ask it on the theme night thread so i can look at it and try to help you out.. lol
There are a few differences: Hotel events: Same events every week on the same weekday, promoted by the hotel. But not many people really know about them in advance so they have to make it up on the night. Lingerie night - most people have some sexy Lingerie they can wear, toga night most people can adapt a bed-sheet. CC Events: Spontaneous events proposed by those who will be there on the date and mentioned only here, not promoted by the hotel. Glow night/ School girl night etc take prior preparation and folks plan and take appropriate costumes and props. Some events are a hit more than others depending on how many people cancuncare has at the hotel on the day, but when we have a lot of people who all know an event is going ahead participation can be surprising large and encourage others to join the fun.
What he said, and it helps to single out those on the forum that you haven't met yet. Michael and I bought extra glow stuff for April 26-May1, and we were given stuff the glow night last time we were there and didn't prepare (pay it forward is a good thing) - so cancuncare theme nights rock - and it is always awesome to explain to people wondering how they didn't know about our theme night, great way to give the website some promotion!
TTR only ever did Lingerie night but as soon as CC started having theme night, TTR jumped on the band wagon. CC nights are way more fun and not a lame as TTR nights xx
Partydollgirl and Steve, thanks! It's much clearer now. Heard about the schoolgirl night this past February from a couple other peeps who were trying to learn if it was going to happen, and were asking staff. They had no idea, which is clear now, of course. TTR really is only the Venue for the CC stuff. Gotcha! All righty then. As stated, and yes PDG I'll go back to the theme night thread(s) and confirm, but we're IN for schoolgirl/kilt, Lingerie, sheer, and the best/favorite costume night, and Stacia's still got glowsticks she wants to use.
