From a TA review dated 1/28/13: "Finally, the worst thing that happened was a tourist drowned in the pool. We were coming back from supper and saw her body beside the pool with police and people around taking pictures. The staff came over after a few minutes and asked us to leave, but when we asked what happened they told us they didn't know (lied to us). We spoke with others after who pulled her from the pool and gave her CPR and were convinced she had a pulse, but when the paramedics arrived without a defibulator, told them to stop and then pronounced her dead without doing anything...bottom line is don't let yourself get hurt, or die in Mexico because they will do nothing to true to save you. The next day was party as usual at the pool, which I get because people are there on vacation, but it just cheapens someone's life. The hotel never talked to the guests about the incident that traumatized a number of people and really bothered myself, my husband and our friends."
