We have been to DRM and Pearl numerous times. We aren't in the Lifestyle. It is clothing optional and most people are naked around the pool / hot tub / beach area. Desire is not a Lifestyle Resort but it is Lifestyle friendly. The amount of LS activity is based on who's there, but it definitely does happen and you can openly (respectfully) have conversations with other couples to see if there is a connection and/or further expectations for play. No matter, it is definitely a sexually charged atmosphere, but differs from TTR in that it is couples only, and the guests tend to be more of a mature group. The daytime is more mellow at Desire but it ramps up in the late afternoon around the hot tub and then into the night themed dance party. Pearl has around 85 rooms (170 guests full occupancy), DRM has just expanded and has around 140 rooms (280 full). TTR I believe has around 350 rooms so it can be a much larger and diversified crowd. We even tried the Desire (Dominican) Miches twice. We started at TTR after the renovation, but stopped going there 5 years ago when the IG crowd started to arrive in full force. Also, I would guess that they average age at DRM is 40-45 and maybe slightly older at Pearl...judging just from our personal experience not from any statistics. At DP hang out and party with everyone after the show in the hot tub. Opportunities for your wife to be flirty and playful will arise... whether someone brings a game or another girl gets on the bar for body shots. When we were there people are friendly and just getting to know people and eventually someone gets something started.
