craziness....that uconn game is looking alot more interesting now because i hear even UConn is receiving top 25 votes this week.....of course USF would destroy them, but still

I dunno... if USF plays the same way against UConn that they did against Florida Atlantic... anything is possible. I thought there for awhile that FAU was gonna pull the upset.

And upsets were the order of the day... just ask USC and UCLA.

the key is to find a way to win when you aren't playing your best.

Same thing happened in the Auburn and West Virginia games... but the defense came up big.

Who would have thought that USF would be in the top 5 in October!

Anything can happen any week, as evidenced by Appalachian State and Stanford. Difference so far is that Michigan and USC didn't find a way to win when they were playing like crap.

They definitely deserve to be where they are. Plus they still have a few decent teams to play, so they can solidify their ranking and move up.

If both teams keep moving in the same direction, the USF/UCincinnati game will really help somebody in the final weeks. Will certainly have BCS implications but possibly have something to say about who may be duking it out in New Orleans. Especially if some of the powerhouses up there lose before the season is up and your boys keep winning. Even LSU had to pull a victory out in the last minutes as well at home against the Gators, so I do believe your Bulls are in the driver's seat at the moment.

Could your Bulls be this year's Boise State?

One thing is for certain, this season has to be invaluable to the university in luring prospective recruits to their school.

Oh, it is... and it's invaluable in every other way. Tickets to the UCF/USF game this saturday are going for upwards of $250 on some ticket sites. UCF? It's being built up as a rivalry, the War on I-4. It's damn near impossible to find anything in stock at the main merchandise store. Never before did they have to make an announcement that 'all 8,000 student tickets have been claimed, more will be released this week'.

And Cincinnati is our homecoming... usually you schedule a cupcake for that game, but it didn't turn out that way. Hopefully I'll be on a plane heading for Tampa November 1.
