Yes yes... holiday weekend is coming up. We shall party like it's 1979. My niece was in the cutest musical/play on Friday... it was the story of Cinderella and her twin brother Bob. The whole 4th grade was in the play, and I must say... her teachers are hot. Golf game wasn't up to snuff yesterday, but it was sunny and the beer was cold. I shall persevere.
Ahhhhhh good day my friends. Survived a bachelor party this weekend and a really piss pour golf game yesterday. But today's round made up for it and kicked off the week in proper fashion.

The weekend was great...Kevin came home...we went to a highschool grad party Friday night, was alright....went out for dinner, then home and bedtime :wink: . Saturday we went and bought flowers for the front flower bed and planted...still need some more red cedar mulch...about 2 more bags should do it....as soon as its done, I'll take pics Saturday night we took the girls to see Shrek the Third. Was alright, a lot more adult humor than the past two...kids thought it was okay. Came home, cooked Spaghetti, then bedtime. :wink: Typical Sunday activities...church, lunch out, nap :wink: (kids went to someone elses house after lunch from church), church, dinner out...
I went to dinner after my niece's play, so I didn't get to Meriden until almost 11pm. Carole had just left, she had to go 'meet someone'. But Kristen and Todd and others were still going strong at the bar! We left around 12:30/1am and went back to Kristen's house. they had to be up at 5am so we didn't party much at all. I decided to pass out on the couch, and set my phone alarm. Good thing, when it went off I called Kristen's phone and she answered... I believe she said 'I'm not getting up, I'm not going, you go.' Her roommate had left to go meet friends at 1am, but promised to come back at 5:15am to take Kristen and Todd to the airport. Well, she didn't show up, and they were running late, so I took the happy couple to the airport.
OMG :shock: Kristen has the worst travel karma. Thank god you stayed. I can totally hear Kristen answering and saying that :lol: :lol: Glad to hear that Carole had some :hug: before hitting mexican soil

Cabinets vs. Cancun Cabinets won. I'll never be the same. If I didn't take the kids to the airport, they were going to drive. I just saved them a few minutes by driving them. No big deal.
HAHAHA, I think I KIND of remember saying that to you on the phone!! Most of you know I am not much of a morning person :lol: Thanks again for the ride to the airport!!! MUCHO appreciated!! We actually had a VERY VERY smooth trip from that point on, not one delay, and the airports ran SOOOO smooth for us for a Saturday!! LOL @ the happy couple, we were ready to rip each others hair out over who would get into the shower first.
