Dennis Says... Can you smell the weekend?

I can! Unfortunately, I tore the damn muscle in my calf again. I thought it was healed, but after the 36 holes of golf, 2 games of softball, and lawn mowing this past weekend..... 2.5 hours of volleyball was a bit much on Tuesday. On the last point of the last game... POP! Muscle re-pulled. Great pain.

So I will hopefully just get some cookout and beach time in this weekend.

Sorry to hear about the calf Dennis. Big night at QT tomorrow night. Celebrating out 5th anniversary. Very well known band tomorrow night. It's going to be wild. Are you in?

 

Yes, I smell the weekend coming...it will consist of lots of sweat, muscles, and fire.

Sounds nicer put that way...reality is that we will be demolishing a kitchen that has wood paneling on the walls...burning it along with tree brush and other things we tear down. If we get far enough, we will start sanding wood floors to re-finish. Oh, can't forget the scraping of the popcorn ceiling so we can re-do that as well.

Woo. Big weekend!

Saturday is a mates surprise 40th birthday party, his Mrs had hired out a nightclub for the night for him and........ free bar.....WOOO HOOOO :lol:

Sunday is my cousins sons christening followed by his daughters third birthday do so more celebrations and alcohol her ( no free bar on this one thouh BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO :lol: :lol: )

I started the weekend last night. Many beers consumed with my buddy who's moving east for a new job. Might be road tripping to Massachusetts over the weekend to help haul my buddy's stuff. If the road trip doesn't happen, beer will be consumed and golf will be played.

 

Make the road trip happen.

I'm broke, but that never stopped me from drinking.
