We're planning to run cruises on the following dates in December 2014, also below is the first dates for January 2015. More January dates will follow at the beginning of December Tuesday December 2 - sold out Thursday December 4th - deposits open here Monday December 8 - deposits open here Saturday December 13th - deposits open here Friday December 19th - deposits open here Monday December 29th - deposits open here Saturday January 3rd - deposits open here Each cruise will open up for deposits one month before. So 8th December will open for deposits on 8th November etc. etc. We always aim to open at 1pm Cancun time. Each time a cruise opens a sign up thread will be posted and I'll link to it from here and from the relevant monthly roll call. Each cruise will need 25 deposits paid to reach confirmed status, and the maximum for each cruise is 70. If we don't reach confirmed status one week before the proposed date, then all deposits are refunded and the cruise is cancelled. Rationale for chosen dates: We have a big peak at the start of the month but after the 13th it is quiet until after Christmas when numbers pick back up for New Years Eve. We'll put a cruise on between Christmas and New Year and then one early in January. I assess the numbers from the roll calls and various other threads and they don't take account of: - people who didn't add their dates to the roll call - new people who join between now and the cruise date - people who want to do more than one cruise - couples who are also bringing friends (have been counted as two) - folks staying at GOV, Desire or other hotels in Cancun - people who predominantly hang out at the Cancuncare/TTR Facebook group - people who book via our cancunboobsruise.com website - email requests from people who don't publicly post anywhere. So, it follows that my figures are probably a large underestimate of the actual number of people who will be in Cancun that have a connection with cancuncare in one way or another. Lets see how interest in the dates above go, we may have to make tweaks as time progresses depending on interest and feedback.
