Day passes to TTR?

We are going to be at Temptation Feb 8-15, yay! A friend of ours will also be in Cancun and would like to hang out with us for a day at the resort. Anyone know if TTR offers day passes, and for what price?

 

They do but they're expensive. Most of the time it's cheaper to book a room for one night thsn do a day pass.

 

Since you are staying there, you are allowed up to 3 people in a room. Check her/him into your room for just the price of the AI fee. That way, they can just spend the day or they can crash with you if they/you want.

Thanks for the suggestion! But what is the "AI fee"? Also, we already booked for just the two of us, so how would we go about adding our friend for one day - just tell the front desk when we get there?

 

All inclusive fee. Covers drinks and food. They will quote $150, but will negotiate. You can likely do it there, but you can probably do it in advance too. It might get tricky on line, so you might check into a phone conversation about switching to 3 for a specific night.

Any update on this? we might be bringing a single friend with us and are curious how much it would cost to add her to our room that is currently booked for 2 but might need 3 people.

 

The only thing I can suggest is to get the friend to upgrade the might to an I'm coming then call the resort and ask them to add 1 more to your room. See by your signature you go in April so time is of a constraint as you maybe one of those lucky people who happen to get the room with a king size bed instead of two queens. And there is a huge crowd that goes in April so switching rooms isn't going to be easy.
