First time here. Do they offer dance lessons? Salsa, Cha Cha etc...? That is something I would love to do!
Maybe for the horizontal mambo. Nno but seriously I think there are some exercise type/dancing activities that are on the schedule and the play-makers instruct. I don't know how good they are, or what time the do them (probably earlier in the day), but they are more on the fun side of things to get people active, than they are real dance lessons. My wife went in the pool for a water aerobic type thing once. She came back a half hour later and said it actually was good. Knowing her though, she just went to the bar.
I did it once. I was actually sore the next morning. Guess I should have hit the gym more before the trip.
