Current water clarity

    For anyone in Cancun now, I was wandering if the water clarity was good. Have all the storms at sea mucked the water up? We are going to Cancun on Sunday and want to get some snorkeling in. Thanks

    There havent really been any storms of any significance :) My guess is the clarity is as good as ever for this time of year.

    I went snorkeling last weekend and it was great - if the sun is shining the visibility is fantastic.

    water vis

    We went scuba diving 3 weeks ago off Punta Cancun. The vis was about 30-40 ft.@ a depth of 25 ft. The water was very warm I didn't even need a shorty or skin, just my swim suit and after an hour dive I was not cold at all. I even got some great video of the dive.
    Come for a visit and enjoy the Cancun area.:bandit:
