Here we go again. the hotel is overbooked and since today they are upgrading every couple to go to Desire Pearl and Mayan riviera. Full of single young men, very drunk and disrespectful. I stopped coming over easter to avoid those kind of crowd. I had a perfect week until now and back in the ghetto of fights. TTR, decide what you want to do
So are you saying that when you get to TTR, they say they are overbooked and want to send you to another hotel to stay for your vacation? Or do they try to do that before you arrive?
Whats shes saying is theres no room at the inn at TTR so they are sending you to the sister resorts Desire Pearl or Desire Mayan Riviera . If you are not comfortable going to a full nude/lifestyle resort then ???? Both resorts are much more upscale than TTR however they are full nude /lifestyle oriented .
That sucks for those that want to be at TTR and have people they are meeting up with and some of the people that get together every year. We almost booked this coming week but the cost was so much and I see why they don't worry about moving people over to the other resorts when they were asking almost $500 a person per night when we looked at booking.
I'm never heard of them 'forcing' anyone to move to a different resort. Definitely heard of them offering people the option. I would think there are usually enough volunteers. Nikki
the op,s point is that , only couples ( qualify ) get to go to the other resorts , so that leaves a disproportionate amount of single males, upsetting the sexy vibe
